Mark’s extensive career in health and social care includes founding and growing Claimar Care Group PLC, one of the UK’s largest social care providers, which he expanded from a family business to an organisation with a £75 million annual turnover and a workforce of 4,500. After exiting to Housing21 in 2009, Mark founded Oxygen Enterprise Partners (now Claimar Group) in 2010, which has since supported over 1,000 businesses. A pioneer in UK tech acceleration, he co-founded one of the nation’s first tech accelerator programs, combining investment with intensive mentorship and boot camps. His pre-accelerator, Launch48, supported around 1,000 startups from concept to MVP.
