Mark has overall responsibility for the strategy and operations of the Company. His early career was in the motor industry where he spent some time as a consultant with the Spring Group (formerly CRT plc) providing advice and support to senior management in the motor industry. In 1999 he joined Claimar Care, initially as Operational Manager and later as Managing Director. Mark has had prime responsibility for the development of the Company since that date. In 2006 Mark successfully listed Claimar Care Group on AIM. Since January 2006 the company’s value has increased from £16m to over £60m. Mark was awarded the title of Ernst & Young “South Region Entrepreneur of the Year 2006”, was highly commended by Deloittes for “IPO of the Year 2006” and was short-listed for the Growth Investor awards “Aim Company of the Year 2006”. In 2007, Claimar won “Acquirer of the Year 200&” in recognition of its unique acquisition strategy.

John Crabtree

John Crabtree is Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company. John was formerly senior partner of Wragge & Co the Birmingham based corporate law firm. Whilst in this role, John was responsible for the firm's evolution into a practice with 100 partners and a turnover of £75 million. John is Non-Executive Chairman of Metalrax Group plc, SLR Holdings Ltd and Birmingham Hippodrome Ltd, Vice President of the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, a Non-Executive Director of Staffline Recruitment plc, and Chairman, Midlands Advisory Board of Kaupthing, Singer & Friedlander.

Gordon Moore Non Executive Director Head Office	Gordon was a senior partner at KPMG for over 25 years providing audit and transaction services to a wide range of quoted and privately owned businesses. In addition to his client responsibilities, Gordon was involved in a number of management roles including Head of Finance and Head of HR for the Midlands region, where turnover exceeded £120m.
